Changing the face of Global Diagnostics

In 2024, our studio undertook a five-month branding project for Open CDx, a pioneering digital healthcare and connected diagnostics company. The objective was to develop a visual identity that captures their innovative leadership in global technology and app development. We began with a logo centered on an all-blue palette to project trust, professionalism, and technological sophistication. The design incorporates a stylized hexagonal form to represent connectivity and innovation, anchored by bold "CDx" lettering for immediate brand recognition. This foundation established a unified identity tailored for healthcare professionals and tech audiences alike.

Typography played a pivotal role, with Aktiv Grotesk selected for its modern, clean lines and adaptability across digital and print applications. The font harmonizes with the monochromatic blue scheme to ensure clarity and a forward-looking aesthetic that aligns with Open CDx’s expertise in app development and global systems. Over the five-month timeline, we produced a comprehensive brand guideline detailing typography specifications, color values, and logo application rules to maintain consistency across the website, mobile app, and marketing collateral. This structured approach created a polished and competitive presence in the healthcare technology landscape.

The project delivered a fully integrated visual system that advances Open CDx’s mission to transform connected diagnostics. The all-blue palette and Aktiv Grotesk typography were deployed across digital interfaces, promotional assets, and app prototypes to deliver a seamless brand experience. Client feedback praised the logo’s effective symbolism of global connectivity and the design’s role in strengthening market authority. Open CDx emerged equipped to connect with its audience through an identity that clearly conveys technological excellence and innovative healthcare solutions.
